Effective: May 7, 2026
1. Agreement To These Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of PortalsFlow, including our website, application, customer portals, workflows, forms, tasks, meetings, APIs, integrations, and related services.
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, accessing a portal, or using PortalsFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts And Access
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, sessions, API keys, and connected accounts.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
- Tenant administrators are responsible for managing users, roles, permissions, invitations, and portal access inside their workspaces.
3. Customer Data And Responsibility
You retain ownership of content and data submitted to the service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise handle that data to provide and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and permissions for data you upload, collect, or process through the service, including personal data and portal content provided by your users or customers.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that infringes rights or violates privacy obligations.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, disrupt service operations, or interfere with other users.
- Do not upload malicious code, abusive content, spam, or content that is illegal, harmful, or unauthorized.
- Do not reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Integrations And Third-Party Services
The service may connect with third-party platforms, identity providers, APIs, storage providers, and communication tools. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
6. Plans, Fees, And Billing
Paid plans, trials, renewals, usage limits, taxes, and payment terms will be described in the applicable order, subscription, or checkout flow. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
7. Availability And Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, introduce new limits, or update the service as needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement.
8. Confidentiality And Security
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the service. This does not limit disclosures required by law or information that is independently developed or publicly available without breach.
9. Intellectual Property
BlockLoads and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, designs, workflows, templates, documentation, trademarks, and related technology. These Terms do not grant rights except the limited right to access and use the service according to these Terms.
10. Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that may harm other users, customers, or the service. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or order terms.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the amounts paid for the service during the period stated in the applicable order or, if no order applies, the minimum amount permitted by law.
13. Updates To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. We may require renewed consent when the legal consent version changes.
